Data from the American College of Sports Medicine indicates that 35% of elite athletes struggle with eating disorders, burnout, depression, or anxiety. That said, conversations about mental wellness have become more prevalent and commonplace. Colton Olson, PhD is the Mental Skills Coordinator for the Colorado Rockies. He’s an Accomplished educator and mental skills professional with experience providing evidence-based guidance essential to the development of skills and achievement of organizational goals necessary for success. Skilled at developing and implementing strategy-based learning and leadership best practices, innovation, and dynamic sport and education intelligence to promote consistent individual and organizational growth and development.
