The Rose City of Windsor-Essex has a hidden sports gem a scene more people need to know about. One of the local authorities on the matter is Brett Hedges. He’s a broadcast journalist in Windsor-Essex. Some of his career highlights include producing and hosting the Under the Hedges podcast and That Sports Show on Your TV. Previously he was the play-by-play announcer of the two-time NBL Canada champion Windsor Express on Noxtrom TV, and the sports editor at The Lance newspaper at the University of Windsor. He joined me this week to dive deep into the Windsor-Essex sports scene.
