Following from the previous two episodes on failing intelligently, we will continue along a similar path this week with a discussion of the themes and ideas behind the recent Supporting Surgeons After Adverse Events guidance produced by RCS England in collaboration with Bournemouth University’s Surgeon Wellbeing Research Team. This podcast is presented by Kevin Turner consultant urologist in Bournemouth and chair of the surgical adverse events first aid response working group which produced the guidance in conversation with Jo Cresswell, consultant urologist in Middlesbrough.
