In this episode, Erika invites you to re-imagine the way you engage with difficult emotions, in crisis. Instead of being problems to "solve,"  what if you allowed your painful feelings to became bearers of illumination and clarity, shedding light on the things you value most? In turbulent times, your emotions don’t have to dictate your actions, as sometimes allowing them to do so wouldn’t align with who you were made to be, and want to be, in the world, but they can help reveal the way forward. A crisis is not permission to engage in self-abandonment, but rather an alert signal to maintain your inner peace, realign with your values, and guard the health and vitality you’ve been commissioned to care for and cultivate, during your beautiful time on earth.
