Today on Career Chat I talk with Craig Gordon, forecaster and media coordinator with the Utah Avalanche Center. Craig has done Avalance control for Brighton Ski Area since the mid 1980’s and been a helicopter ski guide. Craig shares his enthusiasm for all things snow, including what brought him to Utah and how he developed a global education program (Know Before You Go) after a deadly avalanche in 2003. He also shares his biggest takeaway from the Millcreek avalanche (Feb. 6) and his top tips for being prepared. Don’t miss this one!
