This week we are joined by Sophia Jones, for what begins as a discussion of the 1961 best picture winning 'West Side Story' but quickly devolves into an all encompassing conversation about musicals, film adaptations of said musicals and the world of musical theatre in general. Before returning back around to discuss perhaps the greatest musical adaptation of all time. Tom Hanks even gets five minutes this week. It's a true musical mishmash!
