Rhian Holmes joins us again to talk about one of Fincher’s most disturbing and perplexing beasts; the masterwork mystery thriller drama “The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo”, the English langue remake from 2011 of the critically acclaimed Swedish film adapted from the first part of Stieg Larrson’s beloved “Millenium” trilogy. It’s a real split this week with Tom a devout fan of this stellar work and Rhian taking a more negative stance, leading to debate about far larger things than this simple film. A fascinating film and an interesting episode, if we don’t say so ourselves.
