Do you hit the snooze button in the morning 3 times before you get up? Then peel yourself out of that nice and comfy bed, at the expense of running behind?

I heard a quote from Rachel Hollis that said: "If you hit the snooze button, you are breaking a promise to yourself before you even open your eyes.

Ouch! But I like it! 

If you choose option B, to wake up and control your alarm, instead of the alarm controlling you, you have had your very first one of the day as the first thing you do. This sets the tone for the day. 

In this episode, I'll give you the behind the scenes on my morning routine that allows me to CRUSH my day and makes it so hard to get derailed.
