Today on the Mindset Hackers Podcast I have a very special guest who means a lot to me. He's a colleague and friend of mine who has battled depression, anxiety, stress and thoughts of suicide through consistent mindset work and today he shares his journey with us.
These are some topics that I don't often talk about on the podcast because I haven't had much personal experience battling mental health, however the topic is something that is close to me and here is why:
My own father, someone who is very much like me and lived a happy and successful life, had his life turned upside down with the weight of stress which pushed him into a deep and dark depression and at one point tried to take his own life.
