A limiting belief is a story that your mind tells you to keep yourself 'safe' when you venture into new areas.
Limiting beliefs are learned.
Limiting beliefs are untrue.
Limiting beliefs hold you back.
A close friend of mine told me that he struggles with drive and motivation at the end of a long day of work, being a dad, working out and personal development and helping his kids with homework, how can he possibly have the energy to create a new business that will lead to a better life of fulfillment?
He did a deep dive into the voice in his head that holds him back and realized that it tells him 'that it's just not worth it', so it makes it so hard to resist that voice and keep on going.
