There are so many differing opinions on how to set goals and one could argue it is extremely important for your health & well being to approach each day with purpose and intention.

Personally, I had to combine all of these methods for goal setting because not a single method alone had brought me clarity. Now that I approach my goal setting different with myself and with clients, I am starting to help people uncover their life's true desires!

  1. Identify what you want (on your death bed, what would you look back at and be proud of?)
  2. Identify your limiting beliefs about wanting those things
  3. Identify why you want those things
  4. Confirm that is your dream
