This week we are getting personal with the fabulous singer-songwriter and former ‘Nashville’ actress, Lennon Stella.
At 21, Lennon has already had over 9 years of experience in the entertainment industry, having been cast at just 12 years old for a leading role on the hit US TV show, ‘Nashville’ alongside her younger sister Maisy. The show gave them a unique opportunity to not only act, but to sing and even write songs for the series as well. They have since performed together as a duo for years, and have even released a children’s book together.
Since ‘Nashville’ ended in 2018 she has launched an incredible solo career collaborating with some of the biggest artists in the charts right now, including Liam Payne, The Chainsmokers, Meghan Trainor and Jonas Blue. In April of this year, Lennon released her debut studio album ‘Three. Two. One.’ Not only does she have an extraordinary musical talent, but she has a rare ability to tap into emotions with her songwriting and a beautiful connection with her listeners. Her songs are raw and personal and reflect a wisdom well beyond her years.
We sat down for a chat about how quarantine produced the biggest flood of emotions, her relationship with her sister, and what it was like to grow up in the public eye.
Thank you so much to Lennon for taking the time to speak to us, you can listen to her debut studio album ‘Three. Two. One.’ now and find her on Instagram @lennonstella
