It’s imperative in their time of transition that women fall in love with themselves. In the roles of mom, wife, sister, and aunt as well as entrepreneurs, leaders of organizations and some with corporate titles we have a tendency to lose ourselves and then once those roles no longer require our attention in the same magnitude we are left in the shadows of what once was. Being a divorced empty nester I found myself right there and I had to learn to shine my light all by myself.
As a woman, we are more than those roles so much more. Today women are starting businesses, obtaining leading positions in corporate America, running nonprofits, Pastoring churches and so much more. We are embracing the fact that we are the light and that our light is needed and necessary in any and every room that we bless with our presence.
Matthew 5:16 KJV states that we are to “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” And that is exactly my purpose to help more women so just that in their life transition. As I “Kingdom light activator” I alongside women to discover their identity and regain their confidence, saw the light shine bright.

I am Erika NiCole a woman of God, your sister, and your friend. I’m a master life coach that focuses on accountability and healing through transition. I’m a published author and co-author, a host and founder, and an internationally syndicated podcast, I am an impact motivational speaker, as well as a dynamic Emcee!!
In 2018 while going through my own changes in life, I answered the call to speak, inspire, motivate, and educate women to heal and become free. I did this to Accountability hosting vision, board events, and my live devotionals on Facebook. In 2020 while going through the hardest season of my life, I found it and open the doors of wake-pray-shine with ErikaNicole. This is where I house my podcast Speak-Life with Erika NiCole as well as Shine Time coating and consulting. My primary goal is to work with women to a system of discovering there I think identity and regaining their confidence so they can be the women that God designed them to be.
