Introductions are annoying straight up. I share how I've bombed some and what my cousin shared that will help you and I get better at saying less but saying your truth. Challenge! Try describing yourself without saying what your job is. It's so freeing to me to be able to detach myself form what I do (especially because I don't particularly like it) and instead share a part of myself that informs people on the content of my character.
