What did you feel while watching M&M?
I thought it would be a good time as ever to talk about toxicity. After watching MALCOM & MARIE and being traumatized I began to wonder... "How many of us have gone through our induced trauma on those we love without knowing it". I might not have ever had a 2 hour verbal augment with an ex but I've been through my fair share of s*@! that someone one else would say "Whoa" to.
What are we willing to do to grow past our traumas to seek out true love for ourselves so we can truly love someone else?
