Who do you think you need to be in in order to be happy, healthy, in love or successful.  Is it realistic? Is it authentic to you? This episode is a chit chat on the idea of who we are and who we think we need to be.  So often we tell ourselves in order to live and enjoy life's pleasures we must be a different person.  Or, we see people living the lives we ant to have and we  need to be more like them.  What if, we are exactly who we are in this moment for a reason? Not to say self improvement isn't a daily constant but instead of aspiring to be a future self why not work on yourself today to get from here to there? Let me know what you think on social.
