Let’s talk about “JOY.” In my book, “Colored Girl” is yellow! Yellow is positive, it is energetic! Yellow is a happy color it fills us with joy. Don’t you and I deserve to have joy? The answer is YES, we deserve it just like we deserve and receive the sun and sunshine. We are a human being, we vibrate, we have frequencies, and energies. We are worthy of feeling JOY!
What is JOY? A heart filled with gratitude is the first step in experiencing JOY. Joy is a positive emotion within us. Joy is a choice, we choose to have JOY, by keeping our thoughts positive, keeping our attitudes positive, and focus on having gratitude. Joy and gratitude raises our vibrations and brings us into harmony with the positive energy of the Universe!
