Spending money supports you. Spending money supports the economy. Money supports you. Spending money is an act of love. But I didn’t always believe this. I too, had f*cked up beliefs around money for a long time.

But the kicker: when you show up feeling guilty or shameful, you show the universe that you’re not ready for your next level of abundance

That you don’t feel supported by, or with, money. And in doing so, so you will continue to create a reality where money doesn’t feel like a supportive force in your life. This happens because the universe responds to the energy you put out.
