For those who dont know Michael, he was Prince's drummer from 1989 on (perhaps best known for the iconic Diamonds and Pearls drum solo) and has been a member of Soul Asylum for 15 years. He toured or did session work with Chaka Khan, Maxwell, the Jonas Brothers/Nick Jonas, Mandy Moore, Demi Lovato, George Benson, and many many others. He is also a loud voice for social and political issues in Minneapolis. And if you're my Facebook friend you should already know him as I talk with and about him all the time.
