He was an undercover agent for the US Marshals and the State of NY for 20 plus years. He was working for the Mafia and nicknamed Billy the Liquor guy because he would drive trucks into Canada, buy booze and cigarettes, and make a ton of money for the Mafia because they avoided paying any taxes. His stories are amazing, from almost being caught and having a gun pointed at the back of his head, to being at wild parties having to keep his cover. He did this job for over 12 years as an undercover investigator, bringing down heavy hitters in the Mafia. It's a special episode, despite a few sound issues.
