Leading with love at Home
In this episode, Lorin and Sherie discuss what it means to lead with love at home. Everyone, no matter what age or context, has the ability to choose to lead. What is important is being intentional about your leadership- how you show up and what actions you will take - and being aware and responsible for your impact on others. We include a couple of simple but meaningful exercises:
- choose your intention and corresponding action for how you will lead at home for a set period of time
- choose the way you will come together as a family. What does love (in our home) look like, feel like and sound like?
