“Are you doing the work?”
So many ask dumb-ass questions before they have made any commitment, taken action, or done the work!
Coaches love to help, but you gotta ‘do the work’ to earn the attention and support you expect
[X] FOOD: You may have challenges or questions around foods, timings, macro’s, supplements etc but you gotta ‘do the work’ first to see what works and where you need help!
[X] MOVEMENT: You may be challenged by the program, equipment, restrictions, timings and exercises and questions are important when you ‘do the work’ and make the commitment!
