A graduate of Southern Connecticut State University, with a degree in Psychology focused on Mental Health, and a Minor in Philosophy, AJ is aiming to show individuals the power of the self and the mind, and to guide those individuals to a more meaningful existence. AJ is based in Connecticut, and is hoping to reach individuals worldwide to help change the narrative on mental health.
