Alyssa is passionate about helping people live their healthy lifestyle while still sticking to a reasonable budget and gives great tips and tricks on how to make it do-able! Alyssa gives simple to follow nutrition tips for healthy eating and for specific diseases - like the DASH diet, heart dieases, and diabetes. In her spare time she is redoing her 100 year old house - wow!
