In this week’s episode I had a super lovely chat with Brit Williams all the way from Dubai when she has just moved there with her husband and 2 year old daughter and waiting for her twins to arrive.  Brit wrote “Mind Body Bump” last year and I wanted to chat to her because it’s such a brilliant strength and conditioning approach to moving in pregnancy and beyond, not the usual “sit and breathe” advice.
