Hi, long time no speak!!

At long last the MOAM podcast is back and I am really looking forward to chatting to some brilliant guests over the next few months.  Episode 40 starts with Sara Johnson a Yoga Nidra teacher and we go on from there via adventurers, swimmers, psychotherapists, physios, personal trainers and a whole host of other wonderful women in between.
