My next guest on the Tea Time sofa is Frazer Flintham playwright and screenwriter. His latest play is based on the book Penlee: The Loss of a Lifeboat by Michael Sagar-Fenton which is being performed on the 18th of December. It is an Original Theatre Company production and promises to capture the bravery of the RNLI volunteers on Solomon Browne who went out to rescue Union Star on that fateful night 40 years ago in southeast Cornwall. Frazer has written several entertaining plays and received a screenwriter's award in 2015 but never one quite as humbling as Into The Night the adaptation of Penlee. Let’s find out more...
