The FILM ETC. podcast is going in a new direction. Host Mike Webb is now giving his full thoughts on a movie per episode, and what better way to start off something new with the latest from DIsney and Pixar with TURNING RED.
TURNING RED tells the story of a 13-year-old Chinese-Canadian girl named Meilin Lee (voiced by Rosalie Chiang) who is experiencing the awkwardness of being a teenager with a twist - when she gets too excited, she transforms into a giant red panda. The film also features the voice talents of Sandra Oh, Orion Lee, Ava Morse, Hyein Park, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Wa Ching Ho and James Hong. Directed by Domee Shi.
