Claudia, a recently graduated lawyer, comes on today to share the journey of moving from bustling Toronto to a rural town in Mexico (where access to many vegan foods is limited), working on a project with her family to create a home ranch to grow their own produce, working with Harvard Law School on a study to regulate stricter animal laws, being a part of the Wuxly movement (vegan fur jackets and more!), being pregnant while vegan, raising her daughter as a plant based vegan, and more.
