We were beyond excited to have @ifbbprochristuttle on the podcast to talk about what balance really looks like in a competitive bodybuilding context. It’s not a cheat meal. It’s not burgers and fries. It’s not deload weeks. It’s bigger than all of that. It’s a holistic approach that keeps you in the sport for decades instead of a few years. It’s a way to leave the sport after 10-15 years and look back on it with nothing but fond memories instead of a sour taste in your mouth.
