What a podcast! Today we hosted Nick McKenna, Field Manager Texas A&M. In this episode, we talk about the different collegiate athletics components and how diverse the jobs are. Our students learned so much about what it takes to manage all types of sports turf and the importance of relationships on the crew and the teams you are prepping your field for. Some so many different individuals that go into the stadiums' operation, and there must be a strong relationship to ensure a positive work environment based on trust and mutual respect!
