In this episode I had the pleasure to speak with Dr Melissa Williams DMD, a former military dentist that now travels the country performing all types of dental care. She is a graduate of NOVA Southeastern College of Dental Medicine in Florida. Dr Williams shares her unique perspective of seeing dentistry in various offices, having to negotiate work contracts and fees, what she would do differently if she were starting over, and noteworthy tips and advice for predental and current dental students, residents, and new dentists exploring various careers and pathways in dentistry.
