Over the last 15 years of coaching, I’ve seen that there are 3 concepts that should be adhered to for a training program to be successful.
These concepts apply to any type of training not just lifting weights, concepts are universal methods change based on goals and circumstances.
There is more than one way to reach a goal however if these 3 are not adhered to the probability of success is extremely low in my experience.
