As the powerful Jedi master Yoda said, "Do or do not there is no try."
Over the last few weeks I’ve had a lot of conversations around changes in circumstances.
Particularly when it comes to training, not being able to fit into an old routine and having to change to something completely different.
The feeling that we "need" something to take action, when in fact we most likely "want" it.
The problem is we may not get what we feel we "need" and maybe we are holding ourselves accountable to the wrong things.
