When it comes to training, Intent matters. 

I was having a conversation this week with a friend around strength and conditioning training for sport, specifically jiu jitsu. 

The big thing that came up is intent, the intent of the program all the way down to the intent of each individual movement. 

This week I go on a little bit about why you should know the intent of your program and why context matters.
