Last Ep I spoke about moving everyday, this week Im adding to it.
At this point in my life there are 3 activities I try and do everyday these 3 things cost nothing and can be easily implemented, they have changed a bit over the years but these 3 at the moment have been great for my personal physical and mental health.
Now do I do these everyday? No absolutely not, but I get them done more days than a dont.
