Bottom line, nothing will go according to plan. 

Especially if you are trying to implement something new! So if something goes wrong do you pack it in or try and work it out? 

Ive been doing a deep dive lately on goal setting and habit implentation. 

Heres a strategy that I picked up from some of the things Ive learnt that might help if you are struggling to make something stick and feel like there is always something coming up!
