Obvioulsy we all want to set our kids up for success in all aspects of their life. Im sure helping them become physically successful and capable is no exception. In this episode I talk about some of the things Ive come across as not only a Dad but someone who has coached kids. I go thorugh some of my personal philosphies and things that I think may set kids up to be physically successful.
This isnt about creating super athletes, more about making sure they have confidence in themselves and how to move thier bodies.
