The kids havnt slept all night, they have been sick so it means your working off about 4 hours sleep. The alarm goes off to go train, should you get up? Or should you get an extra hour of sleep while you can?



For anyone with kids this can be a pretty common scenario, this week I discuss the topic of if sleep or training is more important. 

I talk about what I feel is most important and some tips/tools to work out whats he best thing for you to do.
