Training when short on time is hard, especially if you dont have any direction on what to do.
For me strength training should be paramount. Now that can take a lot of different forms.
It doesnt have to be all barbell work and back squats, but you need to prioritise strength work that will help maintain or increase muscle mass regardless of your goals.
