I had a call this week with a client, they were having trouble getting their training done.
Not for lack of want, they felt like they didnt have the time and they needed to do other things.
This is s super common trap to fall into, something even I do.
We prioritise other things over ourselves, other tasks that we feel need to be done?
But do they? Or is it just another avoidance strategy?
