There is going to be times during life where you will have to work through some level of pain.

When it comes to coming back from an injury there will probably be a point where you are going to have to work through a little bit of discomfort.

In life there are going to be a lot of times where you will also have to work through a bit of it to progress.

In this week’s episode I go through why and how you may have to work through some form of physical discomfort in order to come back from an injury and how avoiding it may keep you stuck.
