Lori Frederic is the owner and lead consultant for Balance Biomechanics based in Littleton, CO where she specializes in injury-proofing employees in high hazard industries.
Lori graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S in Exercise Science and went on to earn her certification in sports massage therapy and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist.
She currently serves on the local Colorado board of the American Society of Safety Professionals and assists the board at the regional level.
Lori has developed a strong passion for teaching and is a perpetual student to maintain her expertise in musculoskeletal injury prevention and human movement.
Lori is a noted speaker on both a regional and national level.
