🌻 A bit about Savor Shrub Bitters:

"Savor Shrub Bitters are aromatic fruit & herb concentrates preserved in living apple cider vinegar, enjoyed neat, in seltzer, as mixers, or even hot, like a toddy or tea. They’re the perfect before dinner aperitif or after-dinner mixer. Crafted from well-chosen blends of juicy fruits & complex aromatic medicinal & culinary herbs, all combine for a pleasing, stimulating, anytime indulgence. Savor Shrub Bitters are homage to the tradition of aperitifs, such as Absinthe, Ouzo, Anisette, Fernet, Pastis, or Pernod, but featured in non-alcoholic, mixer-friendly beverages that everyone can enjoy. Shubs have long been a part of English and American as a way of preserving the bounty of the season without refrigeration."

💚Why I am doing this; about Stories From the Earth:

The practice of herbalism is as diverse and dynamic as each individual  herb and each individual herbalist. There are many ways to be an herbalist and many ways to interact with the plant world.  Each herbalist takes their own path. This series explores the many ways to be an herbalist and who an herbalist is as well as a discussion on herbalism today and where herbalism might be going in the future.
