Dabi's Daughter is Proud to "Spotlight" a few Young Ladies. They have accomplished so much in such a short time. Please join us in meeting, listening, and following these Future "Shero's"...
Meet five of the Best and Brightest Young Ladies in the Charlotte Area High Schools. They all come from different backgrounds, but are going to Spectacular places.
- Meet Jayla- A young scholar who attends Phillip O. Berry Academy of Technology. She balances a full time job while being a full time student and hopes to major in Psychology to become a Therapist in the near future. Please listen as we discover Jayla and who she is striving to become. Please listen as we learn more from this "Shero in the making".
- Meet Ximena- a Senior at Cato MCHS. She is the SGA Treasurer and a member of 5 clubs. She loves to paint and serve the Community in any way. She plans to attend Appalachian State University and study Psychology with a concentration in Clinical and Abnormal. She aspires to start a reform in Cognitive Therapy that is accessible to all. - Meet Melissa- a Junior at Cato MCHS. She is a part of the Scholarship club and Art club at school and volunteers at a nearby elementary school twice a week. She plans to attend Wingate University or UNCC with a major in Biochemistry. In her free time, she loves to paint and loves to do crafting activities. Please listen as we learn more from this "Shero in the making".
- Meet Dieudonna- a Junior at Cato MCHS. She is a part of the Student Government Associate club at school and the multicultural club. As well as volunteers at a nearby elementary school once a week. She plans to attend the University of North Carolina at Charlotte while taking online courses on Coursera to gain more knowledge and skills. In her free time, she loves to read, write, and do makeup! Please listen as we learn more from this "Shero in the making".
- Meet Sade'- A god-fearing young lady that is working full-time, while in high school. She is most appreciated for her personality. Her plans are to attend Winston Salem State in the fall of 2023 for a Major in Nursing. Please listen as we learn from this young "Shero in the Making".
