Jovona is currently a Doctoral Student at North Central University studying Business with a focus in Healthcare Administration soon to graduate in 2021. She works at the Hospital Business Office as a Billing and Billing Audit Manager for patient financial services. She actively volunteers and participates in various community service projects throughout NC.
