Ty practices in the areas of business litigation, real estate litigation, appellate practice, estate planning and judgment collection.
In his practice, Ty has represented clients in front of the District and Superior Court of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, the Western and Middle Federal District Courts of North Carolina as well as the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Ty has also practiced in front of the North Carolina Office of Administrative Hearings. He has also received his Bachelors in Psychology from Covenant College in May 2011. In addition to his studies he also played college baseball while attending Covenant College. Ty received his law degree from Charlotte School of Law in May 2015 as a member of the Moot Court Honor Board and Order of the Crown honor society. Aside from his work, Ty recharges by spending time with his family, camping, archery and making longbows.
