He has always provided
My needs, My wants, My desires... He always provides
My Bills are always paid,
My Needs are always met
A roof over my head, Clothes over my body, Food in belly
My Father ensures I never lack any of these
Love in my heart, healing for my body, soundness of mind
My Father ensures I never lack any of these
Not only does He provide for me, but also for the creatures of the earth
Why worry my soul?
For His word says: Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?
Look back and think, when has He never provided for you
When has He never created a way for your needs to be met, for your body to be healed, for your heart to be joyful?
Look through Scriptures, have you ever seen the righteous forsaken?
The children of Israel needed food, He provided manna from heaven
Elijah needed food, God used Ravens to provide for him
Even when situations looked hopeless, He has always provided a way out
All you have ever needed, He has always provided
Even when it seemed sin won, He provided His blood to save us
Even when we had no faith, He gave us His faith and saved us
He constantly provides for us, He supplies always
He provides healing
He provides salvation
He provides peace in the storm
He provides joy in the midst of uncertainty
He provides river in the desert
He provides food for the hunger, water for the tasty and shelter for the homeless
All you have ever needed and will ever need, He provides
Yes, My Father is a provider
Why fear my soul? Why worry?
Why think you would be left without provision?
Do you not know who your Father is?
For His word says: Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all.
He has provided you with His Spirit to always lead you in all your ways
He has provided you with His Spirit to always empower you in times of despair
For in Christ, I lack nothing, I have everything
For Paul reminds us: And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
so whenever you find yourself in lack, fix your mind of these words: I have a Father that always provides, He always has, and always will
