Welcome to the new off-shoot portion of the show where, on a weekly basis, I'll be exploring different topics surrounding health/fitness/triathlon and my relationship with it, as well as other people's opinions based on the answers I received throughout the week!

Today's topic is MOTIVATION. What motivates you to do what you do on a daily basis? What's the driving force behind your day to day activities? What's your "why"?

My goal is to explore these topics and give you a window not only into my motivations, but others as well. I hope you enjoy!
