Description

In this episode, I read a poem that I wrote about summer and discuss how we often compare our summers to other people. I then, offer a few things to think about as you continue with the next several weeks before the season changes to Fall. I encourage you to not let other people's destination become a distraction from you enjoying your summer.

The Dr. Alisha Podcast features Dr. Alisha Rorer, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Atlanta, GA, engaging in conversations about life, love, and relationships that will inspire, enlighten, and help you connect to yourself and others. "What's the lyrics" is my metaphoric approach to unpacking all the things in between the lines.  Please note that this podcast should not be a replacement for therapy. For information about how to find a therapist, see the links in the description.
